Clinic lists in Evolve do not match those in Sema

User makes or spots an error in the Evolve Record

Report the error for rectification by using the Admin Request link in Fill in a Form on Evolve or contact Application Support Team via the I.T Help Desk if unable to fill in a form on Evolve

A document needs uploading to the patient’s electronic record urgently

If the document has been received electronically use print to Evolve, if not scan the document save to H: Drive and upload through Evolve

Evolve Portal Errors occur

Need to find last entry in Scanned Legacy Notes

In Clinical History navigate to the latest Volume (and Chapter if applicable) of Historic Clinical History and scroll to the end 

Need to find scanned Historic Content quickly


Switch to thumbnail views to visually scan

Need to find a completed eForm quickly


Use eForm Search

Need to leave an eForm open for a long time


Recommend user saves and then re-opens to prevent form timing out and data being lost

User has recorded information in another application but also need it in Evolve 

User can use Copy and Paste to negate the need for duplicate data entry
