Manual Admission - Hospital Number is Known

This method should only be used if PAS connection to ICCA is interrupted and manual admission is necessary. If PAS is still connected then admission to the unit should be done here.

An example use case for this would be when the interface to PAS is down and the patient was not yet admitted within PAS.
