Welcome to the OpenEyes user guide. This guide is for staff who use the system to view and enter clinical Ophthalmic and Orthoptic data against their patients' records.


What is OpenEyes EPR?


OpenEyes is an electronic patient record system which enables clinicians to input clinical data into tailored proformas for the Cataract, Glaucoma and Medical Retina services within the Trust.
