What is Symphony?

Symphony is a clinical system for urgent and emergency care, supporting patient management, tracking and clinical workflow. By providing busy teams with the information they need at the point of care, Symphony enables faster, safer and more efficient working.

Symphony 3.0 is designed to support same day emergency care (SDEC) - one of the many ways the NHS is working to provide the right care, in the right place, at the right time. System features include electronic appointment booking direct from 111, and GP Connect Viewer, which provides access to detailed patient records from any GP clinical systems without needing a smart card. You’ll also find enhanced clock management to help you track a patient’s total time in ED, as well as enriched third party partner integrations.
